Called Adrian the owner on this thanksgiving weekend for an emergency at one of my rental properties on a Saturday after 6pm. All sinks and toilets were backing up (total nightmare) his crew was at the site in less than half an hour and was extremely flexible on pricing even though they had to run a snake through the roof of the house leading to the main drain pipe of the home. I didn't end up using Emergency Plumbing, but they had excellent customer service. I would definitely use their service in the future. I called on a Sunday with two bathrooms backed up, and smelling badly. I thought my regular plumber didn't work Sundays, so called Miami Emergency Plumbing. Ivan listened as I described the situation, had me take some photos and text them, then gave me a general assessment and price estimate. He courteously said that I may have to wait until noon (NBD b/c everyone else was either closed or couldn't get to me until much later). Then he called back to let me know that he could get another technician to me sooner. I wound up cancelling the service b/c my regular plumber who I'm loyal to, called me back and said he could take care of it.

FIVE STARS! Contacted MEP Sunday afternoon, spoke to the receptionist, and received a call back within a half hour. I can't complain. I called late at night and there were at my house early the next morning. They're very affordable and do everything according to the law. That same day that they were working at my house my child had am emergency and I had to run to pick them up from school. I was scared that things would go missing but my house was intact.They are honest, hard working and work fast.I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Techs were on time, polite and very informative about the work that he was going to do. They worked thru the morning without stopping in which they completed the work on time. We had great service. Only forty minutes passed between the time I called and the plumber's arrival. Ivan was quick and efficient. I first called Roto-Rooter and they couldn't guarantee that it would be fixed the day the pipe broke. I was told an agent would call me back and that took about three hours, long after Miami Emergency Plumbing was gone. I had also called Rapid-Rooter's 24 hour line. There was no answer.Miami Emergency Plumbing is the way to go.

wow my house got flooded at 2 in the morning call Miami Emergency Plumbing they where here with in 30 minutes unclog my house ran a camera found that my son had drop one off his toy car in the toilet they push the car all the way to this out lip that they call clean out and pull it out with his hands. the gentleman told me my pipes where in great conditions and i didn't have to worry he was fast and prompt very nice men help us clean the floor an test all 4 bathroom i love them they should be the #1 company in Miami best service i recommend then any time #1#1
