Had a nasty clog in my kitchen sink but no clean-out off the house. I called Miami Emergency Plumbing based on their positive reviews, and I'm so glad I did. They showed up and was so kind and informative, respectful and clean. Kept his shoe covers on in the house and was masked and gloved at all times. Within an hour, he had cleared the clog and installed a brand new clean-out pipe on the side of my house.I would definitely call again, and plan to recommend them to all my friends. I never knew I could be so excited about plumbing.

We had a broken pipe in our house. Other companies estimated more than 20k in repairs. Emergency plumbing showed up on time and check with their cameras our pipes, they fixed the leak from the outside part of the house, they had to remove pavers, remove plants and clean the pipes installing also a new clean out. It was 2.5k repairing this nightmare, they even planted the plants back and left everything working well and clean. I couldn't be more grateful for their honestly and professional work. Called Miami Emergency Plumbing for a main line pipe leak on a Sunday. They responded quickly, and their service was excellent throughout the repair process. The owners even came out to assess things. Esteban, who handled the repair, was professional, polite and very careful to mask up when he came into the house. He didn’t leave until he knew things were right. Their team made a stressful situation so much easier and did what they said they were going to do when they said they’d do it. Will use again next time for sure.

Amazing service! Our son broke the toilet and at 1am I had to call around to find a plumber. Miami Emergency Plumbing actually answered their phone at 1am and was able to have someone at our place at 8am with a new toilet. They also installed our new kitchen faucet. The pricing was fair. These guys rock! We had to call them on two separate occasions (our own fault) for a clogged toilet after hours. Both times were awesome! Scheduling the appointment was easy. Then, the plumber called to provide an estimated arrival time, showed up ahead of schedule, charged us a fair price, and cleaned up after himself. The guys are super nice and do a great job. I would like to thank Adrian, Segio and George for the work that they did to my tenants bathroom plumbing. They installed a missing drain pipe and they connected it to the cast iron ptrap. Our tenant had another issue with the toilet and George returned and repaired that issue as well. They were all professional quick and specific on the cost and the work that needed to be completed. After a mishap with staking down an inflatable decoration, I punctured a line going into the house and was in need of a fix quickly. I called two other companies before Miami emergency, and basically got the same response that dispatch would "call me right back". Miami Emergency was the only one to give me an immediate response of when somebody could come out. Jose came out on time, was in communication the whole time of when he was coming and did the work quickly and efficiently. He was even very receptive when I asked him questions about what he was doing (was just curious). He took his time in testing his work, and even cleaned up afterwords, replacing the sod and dirt. I am very happy with the work done.

My old water heater rusted at the bottom and leaked water in my apartment. I call MEP and set an appointment for 11am the next morning (which was a Sunday). After calling 3 other plumbers claiming to have "emergency" plumbing available, I called Miami Emergency Plumbing at midnight frantically for a gush pipe in the master bathroom (which was serviced by a different plumber that morning). Professional and timely service. Needed to remove and replace hoses for the washing machine that were rusted, set up a gas range with new compatible connection, and replace plumbing for a dishwasher. Their man, Jose, was able to knock it out quickly and without making a mess. Very much appreciated Jose coming within the 1 hour window that we were told he would show up, rather than waiting for several hours (as often happens with other service/technician companies). Jose was able to knock it all out within two hours. These guys know what they're doing. Would contact and recommend for future services.

EXCEPTIONAL service! One call and appointment scheduled. The owner, Adrian came to the first appointment to assess our issue. Roy, the company’s plumber was assigned. Roy showed up on time, I was late; he called me to ask permission to enter the property to do exterior inspection. I showed up 10 minutes after. He was not bothered with my tardiness and was received with a friendly greeting. He explained his finding, provided an estimate. We contacted him 24 hours later, agreed on to a time. Roy showed up on time again, completed the work and followed up with me afterwards. I later received a call from Miami Emergency Plumbing to inquire about any issues; there were none.Roy was very professional and clean. This week my house flooded. I literally took out 21 buckets full of water between my kitchen, living room and dining room. I closed the main water switch and 4 hours later, the water kept pouring. A plumber came and wanted to charge $200+ hourly and was ready to open holes in several wall. First he said it was the bathroom, then he said the kitchen. I freaked out at his uncertainty and because I don't have homeowners told him to forget it. By that time it was well after 5 p.m. and everyone was charging emergency rates / over time and one company even charged travel time. We couldn't find any one reasonable that would come the same day. My friend called Miami Emergency Plumbing. Adrian Sanchez came from Miami Beach to Kendall (not in the 30 minutes he promised because he doesn't own a helicopter), but when he saw he was running late, he contacted me to continuously calm me down, and update me on the ETA. Once he came in and turned my water back on, he immediately realized the water was coming from my neighbors house. I was impressed by his professionalism and his honesty. He charged way less than the $200 I was quoted by so many other companies and not a single hole in my wall. Thank you Adrian... you were amazing!!! I will definitely not only use you guys again, but refer you to everyone I come across.

My wife ran across some guys in our neighborhood working on a sewer line on an old house. We had been having backups on a monthly basis and were tired of the issue and needed it fixed. The first guy who came over spoke with my wife, the next guy with me, they were both friendly and knowledgeable. They started the day before Thanksgiving at 8 am and wrapped up that night around 6 pm. They replaced our entire sewer main, 78 year old cast iron which was literally crumbling apart, with brand new PVC. The guys on the crew were incredibly nice and had amazing attitudes while working very hard all day long. The company is run by a husband and wife pair. Vanessa came to our home to check on the progress personally and spent time with me and my wife and kids after the workers left to talk to us. Had a leak that I noticed in my first floor. Talked to Adrian Saturday night, told me he would be there first thing Sunday morning unless I wanted him sooner, I said Sunday was fine. He showed up, I was afraid I was going to pay an arm and a leg. I didn't end up using Emergency Plumbing, but they had excellent customer service. I would definitely use their service in the future. I called on a Sunday with two bathrooms backed up, and smelling badly. I thought my regular plumber didn't work Sundays, so called Miami Emergency Plumbing. Ivan listened as I described the situation, had me take some photos and text them, then gave me a general assessment and price estimate. He courteously said that I may have to wait until noon (NBD b/c everyone else was either closed or couldn't get to me until much later). Then he called back to let me know that he could get another technician to me sooner. I wound up cancelling the service b/c my regular plumber who I'm loyal to, called me back and said he could take care of it.

We had great service. Only forty minutes passed between the time I called and the plumber's arrival. Ivan was quick and efficient. I first called Roto-Rooter and they couldn't guarantee that it would be fixed the day the pipe broke. I was told an agent would call me back and that took about three hours, long after Miami Emergency Plumbing was gone. I had also called Rapid-Rooter's 24 hour line. There was no answer.Miami Emergency Plumbing is the way to go.

Ivan and Harvey were very good repair techs. I had a tub leak that turned out to be from a rodent. We had heard it in the walls a few months before and the timing works. The rodent ate through the overflow and drain linkage under the tub to get water. Eventually, after putting out poison we no longer heard it in the walls, and it was about the time we noticed the leak outside. MEP came out same day to estimate and were able to fix it next day. Great workmanship and friendly, but I think they would of left the mess they made if I had not asked them to clean up.

Called Adrian the owner on this thanksgiving weekend for an emergency at one of my rental properties on a Saturday after 6pm. All sinks and toilets were backing up (total nightmare) his crew was at the site in less than half an hour and was extremely flexible on pricing even though they had to run a snake through the roof of the house leading to the main drain pipe of the home. Gio saved my family's life!!I had what I thought was a plumbing problem, only to find out through Gio's expertise that there was a problem with the septic tank. Gio was able to identify the problem immediately ON THE PHONE!! No one ever has a sense of "calm" within them when needing a plumber. I have had the pleasure of the using Miami Emergency Plumbing to fix two very challenging problems. I would highly recommend their services!!!! They went above and beyond each time I needed them.First Time: Sept 2014After using Roto Rooter to clear numerous backups, 5 to be exact over a period of 2 months, Roto Rooter then told us that we had a major broken sewer line. During the 5 visits, they always said the reason was related to the use of wrong paper goods, how the blockages in the cast iron sewer line was typical due to the nature of the pipe being old and "rough".When Roto Rooter came the last time, they then all of a sudden said that our problem was a broken section of the cast iron pipe leading from under the house and under the driveway, leading to the street. This would require digging up the driveway and replacing the cast iron pipe.We called in Miami Emergency Plumbing for a second opinion. What they found was that the owner who renovated the house prior to our purchase did a terrible job of plumbing the house. No break was found in the main line and it was determined that many of the pipes under the house (house sits on a crawl space) were pitched incorrectly, routed improperly, not connected properly to the main sewer line.The owner and technicians were very very professional. Once the agreement was complete, we were told exactly how the project would be handled in order to minimize disruption to the house while occupied. All of the new pipes were pre cut and laid out under the house over a 2 day period. Once everything was set, it was only a matter of a few hours to remove the old pipes and install the new pipes correctly. The new pipes were pitched correctly, attached with strap hangers and a new clean out was installed when the plumbing connected to the main sewer line leading to the street. The same area that Roto Rooter claimed the pipe was broken.During the process, the owner was reachable within minutes to answer questions and the technicians were totally professional.This company clearly knows their profession and how to provide a superior level of customer service.I cannot thank Miami Emergency Plumbing for solving our plumbing issue. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone.I also thank them for a valuable lesson learned. Roto Rooter is not the company they are portrayed to be. After the first two incidents, Roto Rooter should have discovered what Miami Emergency Plumbing discovered rather than continue to just coming back and clearing a blockage that was just going to keep recurring.2nd Time - March 2015The second time I needed the services of Miami Emergency Plumbing was when a pipe started to leak behind a wall as a result of a nail being put through the pipe during installation of baseboards when house was renovated in 2013. The nail rusted away and water started leaking. Upon discovery, we called Miami Emergency Plumbing and within an hour, they located the pipe in the wall, capped the leaking pipe and stopped the water flow.The damage was pretty extensive and Miami Emergency Plumbing went above and beyond in order to minimize the damage, even going beyond the plumbing and taking care of carpentry work that ultimately prevented even more damage. In order to replace damaged drywall, Miami had to return to remove the hot water heater and reinstall it a day later to allow carpenters access to the wall.Miami Emergency Plumbing is on speed dial as the first call in an emergency. Regardless of whether it's plumbing or not. Our contact knows how to take care of his customers and will help you in every way possible.The management as Miami Emergency Plumbing can either take care of your plumbing problem and additional problems.In addition, the office staff is extremely cooperative. Got home an I was in a Night Mare water was all aver my floor so I googled and found Miami Emergency after calling four other companies that didnt answer they had a technician in my house in about 20 minutes and this call was placed at 11:40pm the technician shut off the water of the house emptied out the water heater that was leaking put a cap on the water line turned on the water for the house so i can have water for the house came back the next day and installed a new fifty gallon reem water heater put in a new shut off valve for the water heater the ones that i like have to turn and a great price and great service ill recommend them any day of the week they are the best company i have ever dealt with for plumbing issues

I own two duplexes in Liberty City and Miami Emergency Plumbing has always been fair and reasonable. But their biggest asset is their dependability. I have had countless emergencies and they always show up immediately, if not the next morning. I highly recommend this company because they do not try and take advantage of the customer. They are honest and very fair. Plumbers can be very expensive, and charge more when there is an emergency or weekend call out. this company does quality work for a good price.

Vanessa was helpful and timely in responding to our request for replacing a kitchen faucet and replacing a shut off valve in bathroom -and they had availability for the following day. We received a text stating expecting time of arrival, and a text when they were on their way. Vanessa was great at providing my condo building the required COI paperwork too. i arrived home late from work and noticed water all over my kitchen floor. One of the pipes in my kitchen had burst and leaked. I called Miami Emergency Plumbing. They were quick to respond with the service i needed even at 2am. They patched up the work and contacted an emergency water extraction company to clean up the water to get me through the night. They came back first thing in the morning to fix the pipe and take care of a couple other issues they noticed. The service was excellent, very clean and very friendly.
